One-on-one yoga lessons are ideal for people with specific injuries or conditions that make a yoga class unaccessible or painful, for beginners who want to feel more confident and familiar with the practice yoga before you jump into a class, and for experienced/advanced practitioners that want guidance on specific poses or skills. Private instruction can help you get specific feedback and adjustments on your alignment in poses and your overall posture in general. Specific poses and exercises can be recommended to address your specific needs, giving you quicker results. The benefits of one-on-one yoga lessons are seen quicker than attending a general yoga class because you have my attention and expertise the entire time.

Acroyoga

Acro lessons can be a great way to make a lot of progress quickly and effectively. L-basing, standing, hand to hand, counterbalances and more. Book a private to train with you and your partner (and pay half price each), or train with me. All ages welcome.
