Thai Yoga massage is an ancient healing modality that combines passive yoga stretches with massage and energy work. Think yoga assists while lying in svasana or being stretched and rolled into gentle yoga postures. Thai Yoga massage is an incredibly therapeutic and meditative practice in both giving and receiving. Reno will guide you through a simple, relaxing flow, and then the giver and receiver will switch roles so that everyone gives and receives the practice, and also teach a yoga asana sequence with assisted stretching techniques for fuller, deeper stretches. No prior yoga or massage experience is necessary - this is an All Levels style class - though any yoga or massage experience will be helpful.

Come with a partner if you want, though there will be solo people to pair up with. Register ahead of time to reserve your spot.

Reno is a certified Massage therapist with over a decade of experience with Thai Yoga massage, and nearly two decades of experience teaching yoga and giving assisted stretches. He is an avid acro yogi, combining both of these modalities to take the asana and therapeutic practices to the next level.

90 min of Handstand drills and conditioning to help you get the float, the straight line, the press, the transitions, the one-arm handstand, or whatever your level and goal is.

This is an All-Levels style workshop, but some experience with a handstand is recommended. You don’t need to be able to hold a free handstand, but should be able to kick up against a wall and hold the handstand for about 15 sec or longer. If you have questions, just message me!

Immerse yourself in a symphony of sound to bring you into a deep state of meditation and relaxation.

Reno Gorman is a multi-instrumentalist with a collection of handpans, tongue drums, singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments from around the world.

The carefully crafted orchestration will guide you on a journey through sound, music, the perception of hearing vs listening, pratyahara (mastering the senses for meditation), and prime you for golden silence.

Additionally, a Vibro-Acoustic Sound Therapy mat will be available for you to hear and FEEL the sound vibrations for a visceral, multi-sensory experience.

You are encouraged to relax either lying down on blankets & bolsters, or seated in meditation. Feel free to bring blankets, cushions, or anything else to be comfortable, as well as any sacred objects you wish to be bathed in sound vibrations and/or to aid in meditation.

Reno Gorman has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching since 2007. He's been a musician since 2000, playing drums, percussion, guitar, keyboard, and handpans.
