This 3-part series will address how to find good alignment in the most common yoga poses so you can confidently practice safely and effectively. Small, simple refinements in a your yoga poses will yield quicker results and reduce injury, while creating more mindfulness for the whole body. Half of the workshop will be lecture/discussion with visual aides, the other half will be physical practice to feel the alignments. Save $10 when you sign up for al three workshops.
