This 90 min workshop will train your inversion technique for headstand, forearmstand/scorpion, and handstand. There will be discussion on alignment for safety and good form, and exercises for strengthening or stretching key areas to make your inversion steadier and more effective. Expect a workout! Will be challenging but doable for beginners new to upside down poses, but more suited for people who already have some experience inverting (using a wall is fine). Advanced students can get specific feedback to improve their technique as well as drills and variations to push their practice even further.
