Intermediate Intensive. 
What we are teaching: Handstands, H2H, Spinny-Funky Washing Machines, POPs, Standing Flow, multi base/flyer machines, and MORE!

Tentative schedule:
Friday: 6pm-8
The skill assessment and warm up for Handstand and Acro Weekend.
Acro Asana, Skill assessment, Potluck jam. 

Saturday:
Morning: 11am-1:30pm: Handstand Drills, skills and games
Progressions to H2H
Preps for Machines
Afternoon 3:30pm-6pm: THN Intermediate Washing Machines

Sunday:
Morning: 11am-1:30pm: THN Standing Flow
Start Machines
Afternoon 3:30pm-6pm: Pops to Pop Machines and MORE!
Pre-reqs:
A Handstand or Hand to Hand practice, Basic B*%@# Pops, Side-star in your sleep, Mono-limb...are you kidding me, you better, Barrel rolls for days!!!

Cost:
$150 Whole weekend Friday, Sat and Sunday
$65 per day
cost per session:
$35 Friday Night
$35 Morning Sessions
$35 Afternoon

We are making every effort for this intensive to truely kick-ass so keep up your practice and come ready for the full THN experience. Our goal is to give so much THN content, with lots of skills to take home and play with. :)
