Yoga Moves Us is a non-profit organization serving the Sacramento area with free yoga classes in the park. Classes are held at McKinley park, near the rose garden on H st. at 9 am every Saturday morning.  Reno will be leading the all levels vinyasa yoga class on June 15, 2019. Bring your own mat and water bottle. !50-250 practitioners typically attend for this community-based yoga class.
