This is a social justice and trauma-informed 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. Through educating our teachers on social issues, we intend to build a community of yogis that are aware of the complexity of the yoga industry today - and are dedicated to intentionally disrupting it.

This immersive series of workshops bridges concepts of yoga accessibility, trauma-informed yoga, all bodies yoga, social justice, decolonization, shadow work, self-care, community building, and advanced yogic practices.

The training will culminate with a group project that will bring attention and awareness to issues facing our local and/or global community.

Together, we learn how our meditation and yoga practice can assist us in shifting culture, both internally and externally - breath by conscious breath. This is our opportunity to be the change we wish to see - together - with our community.

This advanced training requires you to have previous experience in yoga.
