This intro to Acro Yoga is open to anyone interested in the playful practice of uplifting others and flying. It’s an All Levels style workshop that will start from the ground up with fundamental techniques for poses and moves with base and flyer.

NO PARTNER NECESSARY - we’ll be working in groups of 3 or more with safety spotters.

This workshop is included for those in the Channels of Healing 300-hr yoga teacher training, and is open to the public.
Location: East Wind Yoga Studio, 922 Lincoln Way, Auburn
