Part 2 of a series of 3 anatomy workshops designed to increase your first hand knowledge of your body's anatomy and alignment for yoga postures
Being the center of our body, any misalignments or weaknesses of our spine affect our entire body. To help us find a “neutral spine,” we will analyze mountain pose and common conditions like kyphosis, lordosis, scoliosis, herniated disks, and chronic back pain. We'll go over core muscles and how to feel them in action so you know how to "engage your core" in your yoga practice and day to day activities.
