Part 3 of 3 of the Yoga Anatomy Series focuses on the upper body

Learn what the rotator cuff muscles are in your shoulder, how to prevent wrist pain, carpel tunnel syndrome, and other aches and pains of the upper body through yoga. We'll take a look at common misalignments and resulting injuries commonly found in yoga poses such as chatturanga dandasana (aka low plank), down dog, crow, side plank, and inversions. Learn modifications and adjustments for poses to lessen aches and pains and increase stability and flexibility
