This workshop will expand upon the basic poses of Acro Yoga and begin to sequence them into flows and sequences (washing machines). Hand to hand - when a flyer handstands atop a bases hands - will be a skill taught at this workshop as well. Detailed instruction on effective technique and how to transition from one pose to another will be taught by Reno Gorman. Partner stretching and Thai-Yoga massage will be incorporated for a well rounded practice that is sure to leave you feeling like a million bucks.
Some experience with Acro Yoga is recommended. Attending the "Intro to Acro Yoga" is recommended. No partner necessary, there will be plenty of people who show up solo to partner you up with, and we work in groups of 3 or more anyway for safety.
